Abstract Submission

We invite you to submit abstracts presenting the results of basic and clinical research, clinical case reports, and practical experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and multidisciplinary management of patients with rare inherited diseases.

Abstract submission is available from 3 August to 30 September 2026

All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by members of the Forum Scientific Committee.
Following the review process, abstracts accepted for publication will be published on the official Forum website and included in the printed Forum Abstract Book.
Based on the Scientific Committee's evaluation, the authors of selected abstracts will also be invited to present their work as oral presentations within the Forum Scientific Programme

Abstract Format

Each abstract should include the following sections:
Title (UPPERCASE, bold, centered)
Author(s) (surname and given name)
Academic degree, position, and affiliation
City and country
E-mail address
Keywords (5–7 keywords)
Main text, including:
Background
Objective
Methods
Results
Conclusions
References

Formatting Requirements

Figures, tables, and graphs are not permitted.
Each author may submit no more than two abstracts.
Abstracts must be prepared in Microsoft Word using the following formatting:
Maximum length: 2 pages
Font: Times New Roman
Font size: 12 pt
Line spacing: 1.5
Text alignment: Justified
First-line indent: 1 cm
Margins: 2 cm on all sides
Normal text style throughout the document

Only original abstracts that have not been previously published and are not under consideration elsewhere will be considered for presentation and publication.
Abstracts that do not comply with the submission or formatting requirements will not be considered.

Submission Procedure

Abstracts may be submitted only after completing registration for the Forum via the participant's personal account on the Forum website by completing the online submission form.
Abstracts submitted by e-mail or through any other submission method will not be accepted.
